The Experience
We are constantly expanding & improving our hostel & bar on Koh Phangan so we're always looking for skilled help! Got skills with electrical? Plumbing? Construction? Painting? Design? We may have some projects we could use your help on. During Full Moon Party, you can work the party just like our other volunteers (see our other listing), but if you've got special skills that fit any current projects, we may put you to work on them!

Volunteering at Wet was such a blast, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to meet new people and have a good time! We worked during the full moon parties, we had shifts and different things to do during the day but I genuinely enjoyed it all. We were like one big family with the other volunteers which made the experience even more special ❤️

My experience at WET was awesome! We do work long hours and thats warned before hand, which I didn't mind and actually enjoyed a lot. the work is easy and super fun as everyone is in the mood to party. when its not full moon I got to relax and spend time with locals which was healing and enriching. I appreciate being part of the team!

Throughout the entire volunteer experience, I felt welcomed and embraced by the environment. Surrounded by great beaches, rich local culture, delicious food, and fun people, it was an incredible experience. Being able to help with the full moon party was amazing. All the staff were extremely polite and happy. I will miss everyone so much and hope to return one day. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends.
