The project is an incredible community for locals and travelers alike. You will have the chance to enjoy all sorts of tasks (e.g. planting, composting, cooking, cleaning), and activities (e.g. kayaking, hiking, meditation, visiting the nearby town). Most importantly, Miriam is incredibly accommodating and promotes a work philosophy centered on individual needs and traits. The result is a fantastic community where all members (i.e. guests and volunteers) feel included and respected. I hope to be back soon!

My experience at the project was absolutely perfect; Miriam is a wonderful being that makes you feel at home in a heartbeat; everything works in very organic way with an amazing flow of energy. I am only grateful for the experience and hope I'll be able to make it for the one year anniversary of the Vila in a couple of days :)))

Essa experiência me deu tanto, e é algo que vou lembrar para o resto da minha vida 🥹. Dona Miriam é uma pessoa muito, muito legal, que faz você se sentir em casa. the eco village é bem tranquilo, no meio da natureza, com praia, rio, dunas e trilhas por perto. Tive o prazer de ser voluntária enquanto acontecia um evento de música lá chamado Ethno Bahia, que foi incrível! Conheci pessoas maravilhosas e vivi experiências inesquecíveis. Espero poder voltar para the eco village em breve❤️
