The Experience

Come and help us creating a vibrant vegetable garden, pruning trees, collecting wood, makign chestnut flour, looking after donkeys, cooks also welcome, all with a view to make this place more and more self-sufficient for the transient community who pass through here year after year. If you would like to be part of our adventure just sign up - we need help most of the year and there are always at least of three or four volunteers sharing our space

I had a lovely time at the farm. It is a warm welcoming and magical place. Colm the host was fantastic and funny. All agreements were honoured and I have some great memories signing, playing games and doing riddles around the campfire. It is a simply beautiful place. I am sure I will find myself in the farm sometime again.

The farm is a special place. There is so much to do and explore. Every day is unique because you can exercise your power of choice and be yourself. Colm makes us feel like part of this beautiful place, which is why people keep coming back. I felt connected to nature, made incredible friends, met locals, and left a part of myself in the farm. ❤️

The experience was one of the best things we've done. Colm is an incredible and welcoming person who makes you feel home from the first moment. He's an artist, musician and a really good cooker too. You're bound to learn a lot from him, get inspired, and feel connected to the surroundings. the farm reflects the vibe perfectly, it's a peaceful camping spot, creatively decorated. We stayed for a month, which was a fantastic time to self-discovery, nature connection, make new friends, listen to music, picking up new skills, working with something new. Thanks the farm. We definitely be back.

My experience at the farm was awesome! Colm is an amazing person and so easy to talk to. I learned a lot about cooking and landscaping. I also learned some new worlds and phrases in French and Italian! I recommend this position to anyone wanting to get in touch with nature and wanting to explore the mountainside. The chestnut pancakes are out of this world also!

The farm is a place for lovers of wild and pure nature. I was lucky enough to meet other volunteers from different parts of the planet and it was very nice. Beautiful people, moments, talks, and adventures. I miss Rocco, the donkeys, the walks to the river, and the tranquility that at times of the day can be enjoyed at the campsite. THANKS COLM, for everything! As for issues that I think could be improved, I think it is a place for some tasks to be carried out by employees or perhaps have a person in charge who can stay in charge in case Colm is not there or anything.
