Description

The coast of the stay includes accommodation, 3 meals per day, donation for the organization and the kids, teaching supplies, teaching facilities and volunteer needs at the Yayasan, and some donation for teachers and staff

The Experience

volunteers will give English classes to children from Monday to Thursday, besides that we also have cooking classes, Hindu offerings classes, dancing classes. and every week volunteers and children will go around the village to pick up plastic waste as an effort to keep the environment clean.

This volunteering experience is a very memorable one for me.The stay was surrounded by lush greenery.It was very relaxing and beautiful play to stay.The manager Ketut was very accomodating and friendly.She takes out food preferences in consideration and cooks for us accordingly.The place was clean and cosy to stay.It is a good place for people who wants to relax and take beach from city life.

My stay with Ketu (ibu-mother), her family and the children was more than what I expected. It was a home away from home. I loved all the children, they were so dedicated to learning and so welcoming...I miss them all, the village and Ibu. I hope to return again one day and 100% recommend this place. The meals that Ibu made were amazing, healthy and always something new. She was also accommodating to our suggestions on meals. I'm so glad I was lucky to go to a Balinese wedding and 3 year baby celebration...thank you Ketut for all you do for the children, keep up the great work. Lots of love❤️

If you want to experience local life and contribute to the learning of the children of an incredible community, this is definitely the place. The learning center really cares about teaching, caring for and delivering values to children. In addition to being a playful space where they develop in a friendly and loving way, learn and improve themselves class by class, truly committed and enjoying it.Ketut and Mare are excellent hosts. They both welcomed me and integrated me into local life, teaching me about their customs, religion and culture. They always treated me with a lot of love and care

This experience was truly one that I will always remember. The hosts are truly some of the best people in Bali. Showed me the local culture and even helped me learn a few words! The kids are so loveable and always with a smile on their faces, they are just so happy to be here and learning. I strongly recommend them as you will teach them so much but also learn so much from them. If you are looking for a reason to volunteer here, here is your sign!

I had an amazing experience at the school. I think going in I wasn't sure what to expect and that made it even more fun. If you want to connect with nature and make an impact teaching and learning with the kids in a quiet remote environment, you will do well here. If you can drive a scooter you may have an even better time than most! I was able to rent a scooter and have my own micro adventures in addition to the stuff they planned. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience. I feel if i had not come here I would not have seen the real Bali. The city life in Ubud can't compare to the experience
