The Experience

Volunteers do not need to have any prior experience in farming, but are asked to be diligent in learning the job. Farm work includes preparing the soil, growing vegetable seedlings, making compost, cutting vegetables, packing vegetables, delivering vegetables to customers, collecting seeds, and feeding animals. All of this is not done in one day; it depends on the work each day.

I enjoyed a lot my stay there. It's a very calm and quiet place at the country side. I helped Nun with the farm and different tasks at the farm, she's so nice and friendly as well as her grand uncle and the people around. The food was delicious. Sharing with locals was a Thai experience. Thanks Nun for give me the opportunity to live that.

Participating in the farm Pangea has been one of the best experiences of my life. It was truly a gift to have met the community in Chom Phra District. Nun, the host, along with her family, made us feel truly at home; they filled us with love and were incredibly generous with us. Every meal we shared nourished us completely, every smile is carried in my heart. We had the opportunity to stay in Buddhist ceremonies and traditional festivals, which were so much fun. I recommend this place to everyone so they can enjoy a peaceful place and kind people. And try the best rice from Surín!

Amazing experience ! Nun is really kind, you will live with her family and get integrated to the community. She takes care a lot about volunteers for them to feel as good as possible. She is very proud of her culture and want to share it the best way possible. I could not find a more authentic Thaïlandese experience. This place is very chill and relaxing and every one is kind and welcoming. I will remember this trip all my life and try to come again. I strongly recommend to participate to the life of the farm.
